Job Title: Medical Front Desk Receptionist
Our medical practice is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors while performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and coding tasks
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Ensure waiting area is clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
